Unexpected Life

It has been too long since I've written which means that I have TONS to talk about. First, I have a story about what happened at Claires the other day. This lady comes up to the register, ready to check out, and when I see her I say "You look just like my aunt." She replys, "Thank you? I'm not sure whether thats a good or bad thing." I continue ringing her out, but the more I look at her the more familiar she looks. I finally ask "what is your name?" "Tracy." "You are my aunt!!!" My coworkers give me that look of "holy crap your crazy" and they say "You dont know your aunt?" It was a hilarious moment that I hope never to forget. The funniest part is that her husband is my favorite uncle! I still remember being ecstatic to see him when I was a little girl, which is weird for me because I dont remember much of my childhood at all. Moving on, a few weeks ago I was in a mood to cook alot and I made samoas bars with lindy, chocolate chip cookie dough brownies, and shepherds pie within 3 days of eachother. The samoas bars took lindy and I two hours but holy crap were they delicious! The chocoalte chip cookie dough brownies were ok, but I've had better desserts. I have pictures on my phone but I cant figure out how to post them. Anyway, for those of you who have not met my niece, she is the cutest thing on the face of the planet and she just turned 1 on the 24th! Anytime you ask her for a kiss she sticks out her tongue and says "baahhh!!!!" She also loves to point to things and start talking in gibberish, it's quite wonderful. I start school January 4th and move in day is the 2nd. I'M SOO EXCITED!!!! I really hope I can save money the next two semesters. I plan on going to Guatemala before I go on my mission so I really need to save all that I can. By the way, the Guatemalan temple is GORGEOUS (it's the picture above). Do you ever randomly break out in accents? Lately I have been starting to talk in accents more when it gets late and most of the time I dont really notice. I think I make life interesting for some people and I like that I'm different. In Illinois I hated it because no one really appreciated how weird I was but people here love it! I'm so grateful that I could have the friends and family that I do.
